European Centre for Minority Issues in Kosovo – ECMI Kosovo is implementing the project “Socio-Economic Reintegration for Minority Communities and other Vulnerable Marginalised Groups” with the objective to increase employability of returnees and minorities through harmonisation of trainings with labour market needs. The project is funded by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
ECMI Kosovo invites Bidders to submit, free of charge, and without obligation on part of ECMI Kosovo:
- a bid on offering Provision of Soft skills training courses and Mentoring and Coaching services divided into 2 LOTs for 200 selected beneficiaries;
- a bid on offering Provision of Entrepreneurship and Self-Employment Training Courses and Mentoring and Coaching services divided into 2 LOTs for 400 selected beneficiaries;

Interested bidders, can send a request for Terms of Reference via email with reference number ECMI Kosovo/81282318/RTB in the subject line to [email protected].
The responsible ECMI Kosovo officer will provide you with Terms of Reference within a day.
Bidders are not allowed to contact or discuss any aspect of the tender with ECMI Kosovo before closing of the tender as it will lead to automatic disqualification.
