Job Position: Customer Service and Sales Representative
Tasks:
• Generate sales leads of company’s products and services
• Meet personal/team sales targets
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Handle customer requests and complaints via phone, email, mail or social media within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Assist with bookings and reservation, refunds, or exchanges
• Inform customer of deals and promotions
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
• Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
•
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, Master is an advantage
• 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Proven customer support experience
• Strong and excellent communication skills in active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Negotiation, Positive Attitude and Problem Solving
• Attention to Detail
• Organizational Skills and Adaptability
• Ability to Work Under Pressure
• Computer Skills
• Confident driving abilities required
